    HORMONALLY SHOOT

I love a day spent in the studio! Especially when you get to photograph a whole range of people.

This shoot for hormonally.org was a lovely opportunity to create a library of images, both moving and still, that could be used across web, social & articles for their launch.

Sunset Studios in Peckham provided the perfect backdrop for the shoot with amazing textured walls, big natural light windows, and a plethora of plants to help style the scenes.

We were blessed on the day with some glorious sunshine filtering through the windows, supplemented with a few lights here and there, especially as the day progressed and the sun played hide & seek.

Everyone I shot on the day was brilliant, it’s always a joy when you get time to chat with the person you’re photographing and get to know them, even if just for a short window.

A highlight was definitely the scene-stealing pooch who snuck into a few frames.

  • SISTERS 360

    SISTERS 360

Shot on a sunny day in London earlier this year. The brief was to create an image of two sisters in a skate park enviroment to tell the tale of their love of Skateboarding but also as a place to escape the surroundings of their home life. The skatepark is their ‘happy place’.

We were blessed with clear skies and sun shining but popped a little extra flash to make sure that we highlighted the two sisters in their environment.

Check out the BTS video for the shoot at the bottom.

  • TRAIL RUNNING WITH SWIFTER

    TRAIL RUNNING WITH SWIFTER

There’s nothing quite like shooting outdoors with nature at your doorstep and trusting that the elements will work in your favour. Sure, part of being a photographer is making sure you get great images no matter the situation, but this day was truly on our side.

Swifter, a Dublin-based brand that sells fitness essentials, runs a local run club that I recently attended. They were so friendly, and I thought, “Why not shoot something?” They’re about to launch a trail vest, and with the amazing trails right in the Dublin mountains, it made for the perfect location to spend an afternoon shooting. I aimed to capture some hero images, action shots, and a few moving elements, and we nailed it. I hadn’t expected to do so much running, but the results were totally worth it.

Check out a selection of the images below and a short behind-the-scenes film of the shoot.

  • THE NEW HOME OF THE THUNDERCLAP? PROBABLY

THE NEW HOME OF THE THUNDERCLAP? PROBABLY

I’m thrilled to have this new campaign for Carlsberg Ireland hit the streets of Dublin. The Tenth Man approached me with the opportunity to shoot with them, and I jumped at the chance.

The Tenth Man team developed a great creative, as they put it—

“When Carlsberg hit up The Tenth Man to shine a light on their sponsorship of the Ireland football team ahead of a massive Nations League clash with England, we were delighted to get to work.

…And when the FAI hired England-slaying Iceland legend Heimir Hallgrimsson, we realized that this appointment needed a big welcome.
Taking inspiration from the Icelandic football fans’ famous Viking Thunderclap celebration, we put Carlsberg in the conversation ahead of the September 7th Nations League opener with a hair-raising social video welcoming Heimir to the fold, as well as working with photographer Rich Davenport to create Viking Thunderclap inspired OOH & DOOH.”

We had a couple of hours to shoot in the afternoon after the motion team wrapped their shots. We shot in two parts: part one—the essential pint shot, and part two, the fans ‘bringing the thunder.’ with a few variations for the 48 & 6 Sheet.

It’s great to see this displayed around the city on billboards, buses, and especially loving the backlit billboards.

  • SNIP LONDON | PERSONAL WORK

    SNIP LONDON | PERSONAL WORK

As a photographer, I’m always on the lookout for where I can use my skills and blend them with my real life experience.

In the heart of Southeast London a new barbershop opened on my highstreet that redefined the grooming experience. A far cry from the churn and burn barbershops I grew up visiting, where you would sit waiting for your turn in the chair only to end up with a completely different haircut to what you asked for. Run by the talented duo Sin and Has, SNIP isn’t just about haircuts—it’s about creating a welcoming space where every client feels valued.

Inspired by the exceptional service and ambiance, I approached Sin and Has with the idea of a shoot: to document the essence of SNIP through portraits and environmental shots.
The result? A series of photographs that showcase:
    • The skill and precision of the barbers at work
    • Candid moments of client interactions
    • The unique, inviting interior of the shop
    • Hero portraits to showcase the faces behind the business

This project allowed me to merge my love for photography with the storytelling aspect of a local business making a difference in their community.
